The resort of Marina di Campo
Ours is a small complex in a very quiet area in Marina di Campo, made up of completely renovated two-room apartments, with air conditioning and a bedroom balcony.
There are outdoor spaces where you can relax for a while and where you can have your meals, alone or with the other guests.
SEASIDE RESIDENCE IN MARINA DI CAMPO
The complex is just 150 metres from the sandy beach of Marina di Campo, partly free and partly occupied by bathing establishments, with which we have special arrangements. In the immediate vicinity are a children’s playground and the beautiful pine forest of Marina di Campo, where you can relax in the shade of the trees. The pedestrian area begins 500 metres away from the village and is easily reachable on foot or by bicycle.
Marina di Campo is a very pleasant and well-organized village in terms of hospitality, with supermarkets, clubs, bars, restaurants and boutiques that make it a nice place to visit and to enjoy walks along the seafront, both by day and in the evening. It is the ideal place for a comfortable, relaxing and fun holiday in the company of family or friends.

HOLIDAY APARTMENTS ON THE ELBA ISLAND
Two-room apartments for up to 4 people. Mezzanine or first floor. Double bedroom with balcony, living room with kitchenette and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower cubicle.
A short walk from the sea, our apartments have air conditioning, washing machine and Wi-Fi.
Our outdoor area is equipped for relaxation and for meals, shared with the other guests.
Private parking (one car per apartment).

The sea is about 150 metres away. Pets on request, modern and comfortably furnished, wi-fi, air conditioning, TV, washing machine, kettle and microwave oven.
Outdoor facilities; private parking; communal area equipped for meals and for relaxation.
Prices include energy consumption, bed linen and towels changed weekly, final cleaning (guests who do not leave the kitchenette as they found it are liable to a charge of 50 euros). Deposit of 200 euros to be paid on arrival.
